Fairview RCMP make multiple arrests following break and enter investigation

Fairview RCMP have made three arrests after responding to a reported break-and-enter.

On Wednesday, Mounties were called to a business in the area of Township Road 823 after getting calls from community members, finding evidence of a break-in and requesting the assistance of RCMP Police Dog Services.

Three people were arrested by the RCMP:

Ryan Stanley Wright (42) of Fairview, charged with break and enter.

Ryan David Fraser (45) of Fairview, charged with break and enter.

Danielle Marie Luka (43), of Drumheller, charged with break and enter, as well as traffic safety violations including:

  • No registration
  • No insurance
  • Fail to provide driver’s licence
  • Display unauthorized licence plate on motor vehicle.

All three were brought before a justice of the peace before being released, with a court date at the Alberta Court of Justice in Fairview February 12.
