Town of Grimshaw to install new jump pillow

The Town of Grimshaw is installing a new recreational offering for residents and visitors.

Over the summer months, the town will be installing a jumbo jumper jumping pillow, a 35 by 58 foot inflatable structure that can hold up to 25 users at a time.

Director of Community Services Tracy Halerewich says the pillow will be permanently installed to offer a unique space for fun, active play, and recreation.

The structure will remain inflated during it’s operating hours, clear rules for use will be posted on-site, and children using the pillow must always bee accompanied by an adult.

Grimshaw Mayor Wendy Wald is calling the pillow a great opportunity for the community to come together, stay active, and enjoy another new fun feature.

The pillow will be installed between the SK8 N Bike Park and the Grimshaw Outdoor Swimming Pool and is expected to be ready for use by mid-June.
