Missing woman being looked for by High Prairie RCMP

Update at 3:00 p.m. January 26, 2025 – High Prairie RCMP would like to thank the media and public for their assistance in this matter. Jessica McSweeney has been located safe.

Mounties in High Prairie are asking for the publics assistance in locating 31-year-old Jessica McSweeney.

She was noted by family to be in the High Prairie area and believed to have been going to Grande Prairie on January 24, 2025, but is not thought to have arrived at her final destination.

The McSweeney family and RCMP are concerned for Jessica’s safety and well-being.

Jessica is described as:

• 5’4″ tall
• Approximately 100 lbs
• Short, brown hair
• Brown eyes
• Medium complexion

The High Prairie RCMP is asking anyone who may know where or had sightings of Jessica McSweeney, to contact them at 780-523-3378 or your local police.
