Peace Regional RCMP arrest wanted Cadotte Lake man

A wanted Cadotte Lake man has been located.

On Thursday, Peace Regional RCMP responded to a report of suspicious persons near a vacant building in the area of Simon Lake, locating a vehicle associated to a theft of motor vehicle file received earlier that morning.

Containment was established and a single suspect was located hiding in a trailer.

Twenty-one-year-old Chaos James Daryl Ghostkeeper of Cadotte Lake was arrested for several warrants.

These include:

  • Assault with a weapon
  • Robbery with firearm
  • Pointing firearm
  • Possession of firearm for dangerous purpose
  • Unauthorized possession of firearm

Ghostkeeper was held for a Justice of the Peace and remanded with an upcoming court date of February 3 at the Alberta Court of Justice in Peace River.
