Renovations planned for Brownvale Community Centre

The Brownvale Community Centre will be undergoing renovations, thanks in part to a Provincial grant.

The Government of Alberta has approved $80,000 through the Community Facility Enhancement program, in addition to a $40,000 fund from the Municipal District of Peace and matching fund from the Brownvale Community Club.

The combined $160,000 will be used to replace the existing roof system on the call, replace existing ceiling tiles, and apply thermal insulation.

The renovations are expected to start by May 15, 2025, and will be completed by June 30.
