Wanted Wednesday initiative leads to an arrest

After a post on Alberta RCMP’s social media for Wanted Wednesday, Peace Regional RCMP has a suspect in custody.

Thirty-two-year-old Dwayne Gabriel Swan had seven warrants issued for his arrest; uttering threats, assault, assault with a weapon and four counts of failing to attend court.

He was brought before a justice of the peace and released with a court date set for March 3.

In the release, Mounties extended their gratitude to the community for assisting with locating the suspect.
