Wanted male arrested in Little Buffalo

Peace Regional RCMP arrested a wanted male in Little Buffalo last week.

On February 26, the RCMP detachment responded to a report in Little Buffalo where they located 26-year-old Little Buffalo resident Jarod Brandon Gene Whitehead.

Whitehead was wanted for several offences including assault with a weapon and obstructing a police officer.

A judicial warrant was granted for the RCMP to enter, and Whitehead was arrested with no incident.

He was brought before a Justice of the Peace and remanded with a court date of March 10, 2025, at the Alberta Court of Justice in Peace River.
