NWP president signing MOU with Northern Alberta Post-Secondary Institutions

Northwestern Polytechnic’s president and CEO will be in Fort McMurray Friday, March 14 to sign a memorandum of understanding with five other Northern Alberta post secondary schools.

Dr. Vanessa Sheane will be signing the MOU alongside representatives from Keyano College, Lakeland College, Northern Lakes College and Portage College.

A release from NWP says that this collaborative approach between the institutions is focused on strengthening formal transfer agreements and communication to deliver immediate benefits for students, industries and the region.

The college representatives are:

Keyano College	Sandra Efu, Interim President and CEO
Lakeland College	Alice Wainwright-Stewart, President and CEO
Northern Lakes College	Glenn Mitchell, President and CEO
Portage College	Nancy Broadbent, President and CEO
Northwestern Polytechnic	Vanessa Sheane, President and CEO
