Grande Prairie snow clearing operations tentatively expected to wrap up Friday, March 21

City residential snow clearing operations could be wrapping up Friday, March 21 as workers clear the Friday Week B neighbourhoods.

Crews will be working in the Lakeland, Easthaven, Crystal Ridge, Copperwood and Crystal Lake Estates neighbourhoods, after completing the Week A rotation Thursday.

The work crews had already begun working on Week B sites earlier, thanks to recent warmer weather. The city hopes snow clearing might be completed Friday.

The city is requesting that drivers move their vehicles before the clearing starts to prevent receiving a ticket or having their car towed.
