Storm sweep Bobcats, advance to Round 2

The Grande Prairie Storm have advanced to the next round of AJHL Playoffs after sweeping their series with Lloydminster Wednesday night on the road.

The Storm beat the Bobcats 4-3 in overtime thanks to a goal from forward Tomis Marinkovic at 13:23, which was his second of the night.

Now they await their next match-up in Round 2, which could be either the Fort McMurray Oil Barons or Whitecourt Wolverines. The Wolverines currently have three games in hand in that series, with Game 5 set for Friday night.
