Why are you running to be a Member of Parliament?

1.) . I am running for parliament due to our constituents not being served appropriately. Being told a stream of misinformation from our MP, I have taken the challenge to unseat the incumbent so that truth will form the basis of discussion, rather than fabrication. Our constituents deserve dignified and reflective representation.

Why should people vote for you, and what skills do you have that make you suitable for this role?

2.) Being a retired teacher, a home builder (current), and a land developer, I realize that my success is attributed to being able to form positive relationships. To complete a project, work ethic and stamina are a must, and I have completed many projects. Furthermore, I realize that a project’s success is determined by the ability to forecast, to develop a plan once the goal has taken shape, and thoughtful project management to see the project to completion. Additionally, I am appreciative, empathetic, and a good communicator.

What will you advocate for; and do you intend to fully toe the party line?

3.) Although I have been a Conservative member, I cannot run as such since our MP has paid for his acclamation. Yes, I have to run as an Independent since the CPC has stipulations that govern the protection of their incumbents. However, if you read my webpage and watch my Youtube videos it is evident that my values correlate very closely to the Conservative Party. My goal is to unseat the MP and move into the Conservative camp. I would like to set and meet goals on rural crime and tax reduction. I believe we must be proactive in engaging the necessary stakeholders to ensure the unimpeded transport of our products such as forestry products, grain and hydrocarbons.

How do you believe Canada’s federal government should tackle its current predicament with the United States, and where do you sit on Canadian sovereignty?

4.) To me, the current trade dispute is an opportunity for Canada to unite and expedite domestic projects. For example, we should build the necessary infrastructure to move our methane to tidewater. I consider it an environmental crime for not delivering our methane to countries, such as India and China, that use coal to fuel their industry. Moreover, we can use this time of crisis, to dissolve interprovincial barriers to trade and expand international markets. At the same time, we should also have surgical efforts to re-engage with the USA as they are, by far, our most critical trade partner and will be for the foreseeable future. Furthermore, we should invest to enhance bridges and roads. We should ensure that all Canadians have good access to the internet. Having said this, it should be clear that I do not support a union with the USA, and do not support any sort of plans to have provinces seek their independence from Canada. Balkanization is not the antidote to provincial grievances. We are stronger, and better if we hold this union.
