Missing man in Valleyview

UPDATE: April 29 – Valleyview RCMP say Marc Roy has been located and is safe.

Mounties in Valleyview are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 71-year-old Marc Roy.

Marc was last seen on April 29, 2025, at 3:00 a.m. in Valleyview when he drove off in a brown 2008 Volvo XC90 with AB plates CVH6278.

Valleyview RCMP is worried for his wellbeing and would like to speak with him.

He is described as:

• Light complexion
• 5’6″ tall
• 120 pounds
• White/Gray hair
• Gray eyes
• Last seen wearing a mustache, prescription glasses, a blue coat, and grey ball cap with yellow logo “Rocky Mountaineer”
