Alleged arson attempt in Grande Cache under investigation

Grande Cache RCMP are investigating an alleged arson attempt.

Mounties say on Wednesday, June 4, they received a report that an individual or individuals at 10 p.m. that night accessed a residential property in “phase 6” through a back fence.

They then made their way to the front porch of the home and lit two boxes on fire that were leaning against a wall.

The family was home, but no one was harmed.
