Canada drops opener in Week 2 of women’s Volleyball Nations League play

Week 2 of women’s Volleyball Nations League play is underway in Istanbul, Türkiye.

Wanham’s Quinn Pelland and her Team Canada teammates opened with a 3-2 loss to Korea on Wednesday.

Canada lost the first two sets before winning the next two, then dropped the final set.

Canada will play the host side Thursday at 10:30 a.m Alberta time in its next game.

After that comes a match versus Brazil on Friday and Belgium on Saturday.
