Margaret Edgson Manor fire victims seeing more community relief

Jun 22, 2025 | 10:00 AM

More local businesses are chipping in to support those affected by the Margaret Edgson Manor fire.

Grande Prairie’s Mary Brown’s location is offering those displaced a free two-piece meal.

Residents will just need to provide a valid ID to prove that they reside at the apartment complex.

The Peace Association of GP is also trying to support those affected however they can, and encourage victims of the blaze to reach out and share their needs.

Anyone interested in helping the non-profit support these residents can email: Peaceassociationgp@outlook.com.

These two new intiatives are the most recent supports for those displaced, as Peace Country Hot Tubs has already hosted a $50,000 cash run and has plans for a silent auction and gala on July 19; as well as a free Subway sandwich from any location in the City.
