Week 3 of womne’s VNL starts Wednesday in Texas

UPDATE # July 13: Canada dropped a close 3-2 decision to the U.S. Saturday. Canada plays Thailand on Sunday.

UPDATE 2 July 12: Canada lost 3-1 to China on Friday and will play the host Americans Saturday evening.

UPDATE July 9: Canada dropped its first match, 3-2 to Germany.

Canada won the first set 26-24, then took the third set 25-23 before losing the last two sets 25-23 and 15-13.

Canada plays Chian on Friday, July 11 in its next game.

Week 3 in women’s Volleyball Nations League play starts today (Wednesday, July 9) in Arlington, Texas.

Wanham’s Quinn Pelland and her teammates are taking on Germany in their opening game.

After that comes matches against China on Friday, the host side on Saturday and Thailand on Sunday.

Canada has a record of 2-6 so far.
