City of Grande Prairie expands canvassing for tax assessment records

The City of Grande Prairie is expanding the list of neighbourhoods included in its 2025 property assessment canvassing.

As of May of this year, City crews have been working to ensure accurate, up-to-date property records, documenting an exterior change that could impact assessments.

New this year, the City has added the Coachman Village and Southview Point neighbourhoods to the list of inspections, with exterior photos of residential properties to be taken in Kensington and Royal Oaks.

Anyone living in those areas can expect to start seeing assessors around the end of July and early August.

All City Assessors will be travelling in vehicles marked with a City of Grande Prairie badge and will carry official identification.
