Ken Sargent House receives more funding

The Town of Grimshaw has provided financial support to Ken Sargent House, “on behalf of every resident.”

Council approved a donation of just over $2,601, as well as reviewed a letter of support for the house, during its July 23 meeting.

The facility will sit across the street from the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital’s parkade and be used to house and accommodate those travelling to Grande Prairie for medical care.

Ken Sargent House is expected to open near the end of 2026.
