Saddle Hills County encouraging motorcycle safety

Saddle Hills County is reminding motorists to be safe around motorcycles.

With summer in full swing and motorcycles out and about, Saddle Hills is advising motorists to give bikes the space they need.

Motorcyclists are also being told they can improve their safety by avoiding blind spots, starting on a smaller bike if they are new, and wearing certified protection gear.

Saddle Hills says about one-third of collisions involving motorcycles result in death or injury and is asking everyone to stay safe and ensure we all get home this summer.
