KidSport expands its reach in northwestern Alberta

A Peace Country non-profit organization is taking on a new name.

KidSport Grande Prairie is expanding its reach and thus introducing a new moniker to reflect that.

Moving forward, the organization will now be known as KidSport Peace Country, as they expand “north to the NWT Border, east to Valleyview, south to Grovedale, and west to the B.C. Border.”

According to KidSport Peace Country, despite the change, their core mission remains the same, and they will continue to remove financial barriers for youth sports, just on a larger scale.
