Construction starting on Range Road 53

The County of Grande Prairie says road construction is starting today (Tuesday, August 19) on Range Road 53, between Township Road 730 and 734.

The work involves minor spot repairs and grading.

Traffic will be impacted to single lane alternating, temporarily detoured, or have a rough driving surface, as well as speed being reduced in the construction zone.

The project is expected to be complete by mid-October, depending on the weather.
