Construction on Range Road 744

The County of Grande Prairie says construction will start Friday, Aug. 22 on Township Road 744 from Range Road 51 to Range Road 50 and into Morgan Meadows.

New pavement is going onto the road.

The county says speed will be reduced, traffic will be down to a single alternating lane and temporary lights will be in place.

Drivers are asked to drive carefully, allow extra travel time and follow the directions from signs and flag people.

The county says this work will take until mid-October depending on the weather.
