Alberta Justice says a Red Deer woman found guilty of murder after the 2021 death of a Grande Prairie man is due back in court September 19.
Brianna-Ruf-Deitz was found guilty of second degree murder on September 3 in Edmonton Court of King’s Bench in connection with the death of Tyler Johnson.
The 26-year-old’s body was found at the scene of a house fire near Maskwacis in March of 2021. He had been reported missing in Edmonton in February of the same year.
Ruf-Deitz was arrested on October 12, 2021, also in Edmonton.
