Peace Regional RCMP release additional footage of Sept. 16 break-and-enter

Peace Regional RCMP has obtained additional footage of suspects connected to a break-and-enter near Simon Lake.

Mounties responded to a report of a break-and-enter happening on Sept. 16 at around 1:50 a.m. at a business in the area of Highway 986 and the turnoff to Simon Lake, and issued a release later that same day with footage of a suspect vehicle.

Now, RCMP have obtained footage of three individuals exiting the building and are sharing it in hopes the public can help identify the suspects and vehicle.

Male one is described as:

  • Wearing a black hoodie with Oakley logo on the front, a ballcap with a light brim, blue jeans, grey shoes with white soles
  • Thin build

Male two is described as:

  • Wearing a grey hoodie over the head, a headlamp, a blue and white checkered jacket, blue jeans and work boots
  • Medium build

Male three is described as:

  • Wearing a black hoodie with white Nike logo, red bandana, black pants with a white logo on the left leg, black and red high top shoes
  • Thin build

The van is described as:

  • White Dodge Caravan, smashed out back window, has a piece of the van hanging under the sliding door on the passenger side

This investigation is still ongoing, and RCMP would like to extend gratitude to community members for their assistance thus far.

The Peace Regional RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the location of, or sightings of the white van or suspects involved.
