PWPSD Ward 7 Trustee election to be held in October

As Nomination Day (Sept. 22) came and went for Peace Wapiti Public School Division’s Trustee Election; 10 nominations were received for it’s nine wards.

PWPSD had two nominations submitted for it’s Ward 7 trustee vacancy, Grande Prairie East and Grovedale; Stefanie Clark and Mark Klemp, with the municipal election taking place Oct. 20.

Closer to voting day, residents living in Ward 7 can find a list of polling stations and advanced poll information on its Elections Day 2025 webpage.

On PWPSD’s website, residents can also find candidate biographies for all ten candidates, including Stefanie Clark and Mark Klemp:

For the other eight wards in the division, all were acclaimed:

Ward 4 (Hythe, La Glace) – Dwayne Speager
