OHS continuing to investigate worker death in Grande Prairie

The province’s Jobs, Economy, Trade and Immigration ministry says Occupational Health and Safety continues to investigate a workplace death in Grande Prairie.

The department says in an email that it happened on Sept. 19.

A worker died after being pinned by some equipment that had tipped over.

No other details are being released.
