Advance voting in County and City of Grande Prairie

Municipal election day is Monday, October 20, and there will be many opportunities for residents in both the City and County of Grande Prairie to cast their ballots in advance.

City Advance Voting

There are six days for registered voters in Grande Prairie to cast an advance ballot for city council and school board trustees.

The advance polling station is at the Montrose Cultural Centre, located at 9839-103 Avenue.

The polling station will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the following days:

• Thursday, October 9, 2025
• Friday, October 10, 2025
• Saturday, October 11, 2025
• Thursday, October 16, 2025
• Friday, October 17, 2025
• Saturday, October 18, 2025

County Advance Voting

There are two days for County residents to cast their vote in advance of Election Day.

There are four advance polling stations:

• Clarkson Hall at Evergreen Park
• Hythe Legion
• Philip J. Currie Dinosaur Museum
• Webster Hall

The stations will be open:

• Wednesday, October 15, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Saturday, October 18, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The County is encouraging all voters unable to vote on election day to take advantage of the advanced voting days.
