Construction work on Hythe well to begin Oct. 20

The County of Grande Prairie is set to begin construction work at a well in Hythe Monday.

County crews will be working on connections to the Hythe Well 1 Source treatment plant.

No impacts to regular traffic are anticipated while the work is ongoing.

Officials say construction should wrap up May 2026.
