Save NWP Fairview effort underway

Some people trying to keep the Northwestern Polytechnic campus in Fairview have started a social media campaign.

The page called Save NWP Fairview already has over 1,000 followers.

Organizers are asking people to contact local politicians and ask them to support keeping the school open.

Some Fairview businesses also have paper copies of letters for provincial politicians and the NWP Board of Governors that anyone interested can sign.

A post from the group says, quote, “the entire Peace Country has something to lose.”
