MD of Fairview closes Pratt’s Landing Road for season

Effective Nov. 6, the road to Pratt’s Landing Recreation Area will be closed until further notice.

The Municipal District of Fairview say the closure commences at the intersection of Range Road 64 and Includes Pratt’s Landing Road in its entirety, including the road through the campground and to the boat launch.

Officials note, the road is not maintained by the MD during the off season, and the road can pose a hazard to motorists.

All motor vehicle traffic is strictly prohibited from now until around May 1.
