GPPL hosting Pajama Ball Sunday

Dec 10, 2025 | 6:00 AM

The Grande Prairie Public Library will host its Pajama Ball on Sunday.

The library is inviting people to put on their jammies and come out from 1-4 p.m. for stories, crafts and cookie decorating.

There will also be a performance from children’s entertainer Beppie that will start at 3 p.m.

This will be the fourth version of the Pajama Ball.

The Pajama Ball is free, but the library is asking for donations for one of its three giving trees.

They are collecting gifts for seniors at the 55 North Community Centre, toys and art supplies for the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital that will be for the pediatric unit, and supplies for Bandaged Paws Animal Rescue.

“We’re thrilled to be heading into year 4 of Pajama Ball! This cozy event really adds some warmth to the long winter,” says the library’s Kate Renfree in a news release.
