Dec 10, 2025 | 2:42 PM

The Northwest Junior Hockey League game tonight (Wednesday, December 10) in Beaverlodge between the Blades and Fairview has been postponed because of the weather.

The Wheat Kings in Sexsmith game, however, is still set for an 8 p.m. start.

A reminder that the Storm versus Lloydminster game that was set for Grande Prairie tonight (Wednesday, December 10) has also been postponed. The Bobcats are still scheduled to visit the Storm Friday and Saturday.

Meantime, Canada West plays the U.S. Wednesday night at the Junior A World Challenge.

Canada West has a regulation loss and a shootout loss so far.

Storm forward Max Leduc has recorded an assist in each of those games. Storm defenceman Matthew Lesyk is also with the Canada West side.
