Peace Regional RCMP recently took two Grimshaw residents into custody who were allegedly violating their conditions.

On Wednesday, Dec 10, 34-year-old Jeffery Dave Wendal Lariviere, who was wanted for missing his most recent court date, was taken into custody by officers during an unrelated call for service; 16 warrants were issued for his arrest spanning from Simon Lake, Grimshaw, Peace River, and Fairview.

Additionally, Lariviere had three charges laid for allegedly failing to comply with a release order, and was remanded into custody, with a court date set for Monday, Dec 15.

Mounties say they also took 25-year-old Jaeden Glab into custody after “conducting several curfew checks” and found him to be non-compliant twice.

He was located by RCMP and had two counts of failing to comply laid against him, with a court date set for Wednesday, Dec. 10.
