County of Grande Prairie Fire Chief receives service medal

The Chief of the County of Grande Prairie Regional Fire Service was recognized by County Council yesterday (Monday, Dec. 15)

Chief Trevor Grant was presented with the Fire Service Exemplary Service medal for his years of dedication and service to the County.

The medal is for members of recognized Canadian fire services that have completed 20 years of service.

Grant has served as Fire Chief for the County since 2022 after previously serving from 2016 to 2018.
