Sirens activate Ross from IR

Jan 6, 2026 | 6:00 AM

The New York Sirens of the Professional Women’s Hockey League have activated Dayle Ross from the injured reserve list.

The defender from Spirit River has missed the entire season up to this point after a knee injury last season while she was still with St. Cloud State in the NCAA.

New York picked Ross in the fourth round, 25th overall, in the 2025 PWHL Draft.

The Sirens visit the Toronto Sceptres tonight (Tuesday, January 6), but it is not yet clear if Ross will be in the line-up. Game time will be 5 p.m. Alberta time.
