Cervical cancer screening available in Saddle Hills County

Saddle Hills County says screening for cervical cancer is now available at the Saddle Hills County Health Clinic.

Officials say pap tests are ” a key component of preventive health care and saves lives.”

A release says anyone with a cervix, age 25 to 69, may be eligible for these tests. They should seek the advice of a health care professional to see about when and how to get checked.

Experts say these tests can detect early cell changes before cancer or if symptoms appear.
