Resources Road to house new retail centre

A new retail centre is coming to Grande Prairie.
The under-construction Resource Landing will be located along Resources Road between the 68 Avenue intersection and the Pete Eagar Fire Station.
Around 12 acres of land will be used to house 10 businesses, including drive-thru restaurants, medical practitioners and a grocery.
Officials say tenants are expected to take possession of their properties in the centre by summer 2026.
Several spaces are still open for leasing.
