Grande Prairie RCMP on scene at serious motor vehicle collision

Update: Grande Prairie RCMP is advising that Highway 43 is open for regular travel.

An update with more details regarding the collision is expected by authorities today (Feb. 8).

Grande Prairie RCMP is advising that they are currently on scene at a serious motor vehicle collision on Highway 43, 1 km west of Debolt.

The RCMP traffic reconstructionist is enroute, and the highway will be closed for some time.
