Grande Prairie RCMP investigating alleged assault at Eastlink Centre pool

Grande Prairie RCMP say they are treating an incident where a staff person at the Eastlink Centre was spat on by a customer as an assault investigation. 

Mounties say that on Feb. 1, they received a report of an alleged assault at the pool. 

Police say an adult male “became irritated with one of the staff, spat in their face and uttered threats before leaving the area.”

Mounties say the suspect is described as 5’9″, 200 pounds, with a pale complexion and tattoos on his left hand, arm and shoulder. 

Anyone who can identify the suspect or has any information is asked to please contact the Grande Prairie RCMP at 780-830-5700.
