Highway 43 reopened after MVC near Beaverlodge

Update – Beaverlodge RCMP would like to inform the public that Highway 43 has reopened for travel. They would like to thank the public for their cooperation.

Mounties in Beaverlodge are currently on the scene of a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 43 eastbound at Ranger Road 84.

Highway 43 eastbound in that area is closed until further notice as emergency crews respond and the highway is cleared.

There is no official word on how many vehicles are involved or if there are any injuries.

An update from authorities is anticipated once the highway reopens.
