PWPSD announces new principals for 2026-2027 school year

Peace Wapiti Public School Division has announced four new full-time principals joining their ranks.

Clairmont Community School, Hythe Regional School, La Glace School, and Robert W. Zahara School will all welcome new administrators in the fall, while Wembley Elementary School will welcome back its current acting principal, Mrs. Theresa Simmonds.

Ashley Tower, the current acting principal for CCS, will be taking over the permanent position; Holly Martin, who has taught at HRS since 2013, has been named its newest principal; Erin Eady has been named La Glace’s new principal after working there since 1999; and Rebecca Evarts will be promoted to principal at Robert W. Zahara after currently serving as assistant principal.
