UPDATE: Missing teenage girl found safe

UPDATE March 6:

Grande Prairie RCMP report that Serenity Russell has been located safe. We thank the public for their assistance.

Grande Prairie RCMP are asking for the public’s help locating a missing teenage girl.

Eighteen-year-old Serenity Russell was last seen on Thursday, Feb. 26, and Mounties are concerned for her well-being.

She is described as:

• 5’6
• 160 lbs
• Medium-length brown
• Brown eyes

Anyone with information on Russell’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Grande Prairie detachment at 780-830-5701 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
