Eastlink utility work to impact traffic in Arbour Hills area Mar. 9-Apr.11

Mar 6, 2026 | 12:17 PM

Commuters travelling through the Arbour Hills area can expect delays as a multi-week project kicks off Monday, Mar. 9.

Crews will be conducting underground utility work along the east and west sections of Arbour Hills Boulevard and 132 Avenue on behalf of Eastlink, with work estimated to last from Mar. 9 to Apr. 11.

While the work is ongoing, traffic will be intermittently reduced to a single lane, the east sidewalk will be temporarily closed in select areas, and pedestrian detours will be available.

The work will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., with breaks between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to reduce traffic impacts during peak traffic times around nearby schools.

Motorists can stay up to date on potential traffic impacts by contacting Access GP at 311.
