Team Skrlik parting ways

A post on the Team Skrlik social media page says, “our team has decided to go our separate ways.” 

The post says the decision was made “after a lot of reflection.”  

The Skrlik foursome won the Alberta women’s title in 2023 and 2025, and also played in this year’s Scotties as one of the pre-qualified teams. They were also one of the Grand Slam circuit rinks. 

The team also thanked their families, fans, sponsors and coaches. 

The post says, “We’ll cherish the friendships, memories, and experiences we shared along the way.” 

The team included Nampa-raised sisters Kayla and Ashton Skrlik, along with Geri-Lynn Ramsay and Margot Fleming.
