Two new NWP indoor track records broken

The Northwestern Polytechnic Wolves athletes may not have made podium finishes at the ACAC 2026 Indoor Track Championships, but they did come home with some bragging rights.

The Wolves Women’s 4x200m relay team, made of Alana Paziuk, Kelly Koop, Carly Frerichs, and Raelle Amboe set a new school record of 1:56.77 on Saturday (March 7) at Edmonton’s Kinsmen Field House.

To follow in the ladies’ footsteps, the Wolves Men’s 4x200m relay team, consisting of Emmanuel Omachon, Clinton Owusu, Hastings Radbourne, and Jesse Loiselle also set a new school record with an official time of 1:42.52.

In a social media post, the NWP Wolves congratulated the athletes for their performances on the track.
