City facilities & services experiencing phone outage

City of Grande Prairie phone lines are experiencing a disruption.

The City says AccessGP (311), City Hall, Eastlink Centre, Design Works Centre and Bonnett’s are all experiencing a system transition issue.

Callers may receive a message that the call cannot be completed as dialled.

Currently, Transit Dispatch and Inspection Services remain unaffected, but the city does not have an estimated restoration time.
