4-H Achievement Days underway

Achievement Days are underway for 4-H clubs around the Peace.

The Bezanson and Kleskun 4-H Multi Clubs are holding their day today (Monday, May 11) at Evergreen Park. The show will start at 9:30 a.m. The sale will follow at 7 p.m.

DCC Ridgevalley 4-H Multiclub holds its day on May 24 at the Cranberry Lake Rodeo Grounds. The show will start at noon. The sale is set for 7 p.m.

The Beaverlodge 4-H Beef Club show and sale is set for May 25 at the Beaverlodge Ag. Barns. The show will start at 11 a.m. The sale is at 7 p.m. More than 40 steers will be on offer.

The Saskatoon Mountain 4-H Multi Club will gather May 27 at the Saskatoon Lake Community Hall.

The Big River 4-H Club will hold its day on May 30 at the La Crete Heritage Centre.

Coyote Acres 4-H Club will be selling a dozen steers and five groups of poultry on May 31 at the High Prairie Agriplex.

Montagneuse 4-H Club Achievement Day is set for June 1 at the Dave Shaw Memorial Complex in Hines Creek.

The Wildrose 4-H Multi Club is also holding its day on June 1 at the Hollingworth Arena in Valleyview. A dozen steers will be sold.

The Three Rivers 4-H Club will also meet on June 1, but at the Battle River Agricultural Grounds in Manning. There are 16 steers in the sale.

The Eaglesham 4-H Multi Club’s day is set for June 3. Beef projects will be in Savanna. Outdoor Adventure projects are in Eaglesham and Tumbler Ridge.

The Grande Prairie 4-H Multi Club Achievement Days are set for June 5-7 at Evergreen Park. There will be beef, sheep, poultry, rabbit, and sewing, among many projects to be featured.

The Mirror Landing and Kinuso Lakeside clubs meet on June 8 at Spruce Point Park in Kinuso. There will be 21 steers in the sale.

The Berwyn Multi Coveralls 4-H club gathers on June 8 at the Lac Cardinal Pioneer Village. Sheep and steers are being sold. Baking and small engine projects will also be featured. The show will start at noon, the sale at 7 p.m.

Fairview 4-H Multi Club July 17 at the Waterhole Rodeo Grounds. The livestock club will be selling 26 steers. There will also be sewing and gardening projects.

The Lakeview 4-H Multiclub will hold their day on June 8 at the Teepee Creek Tire Pro Events Centre. There will be 17 market steers, three market lambs, and eight market poultry in the sale. The buyers supper starts at 6 p.m. with the sale to follow at 7 p.m.
