AHS confirms measles infected person visited GPRH May 7

Alberta Health Services says a person with a confirmed case of measles visited the hospital in Grande Prairie last week.

The individual attended the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Emergency Department while contagious from 12:35 a.m. to 10:35 a.m. on May 7.

Anyone who visited the ER during that time and has not received two doses of the measles vaccine may be at risk.
