Road construction season set to start in Grande Prairie
City Hall says the construction season is ready to start in Grande Prairie.
There is a total of $28.5 million in the city’s 2026 budget for infrastructure and road work.
The city says in a news release that $15.23 million has been budgeted for road repairs.
There is also $5 million for the Mission Heights Storm Project. This will include replacing and realigning some worn-out sewer pipes, along with some other repairs.
