NAF inaugural 7 Over 70 Awards taking place June 6

Northwestern Alberta Foundation’s new event to honour exceptional seniors arrives Saturday, June 6.

The 7 over 70 Celebration will present awards to seven seniors at a ceremony Saturday night at the Pomeroy Hotel & Conference Centre.

NAF says these seniors have left a lasting mark on Northwestern Alberta through their stories of leadership, generosity, and resilience.

The award recipients are:

  • Lorne Radbourne—Lifetime Achievement Award
  • Terry Weber—Regional Legacy Award
  • Judy Brown—Cultural Enrichment Award
  • Chris Turnmire—Innovation and Entrepreneurship Award
  • Doug Morris—Philanthropy Award
  • Leigh Goldie—Mentorship Award
  • Andy Gregg—Historical Community Builder Award

The award show runs from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
